I have joined NVIDIA as a Sr. Data Scientist.
I completed my PhD at Georgia Tech advised by Prof. Cassie Mitchell focusing on interpretable machine learning for healthcare using domain knowledge. My work has been presented at machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, and natural language processing conferences such as SIGIR, ICASSP, BioNLP ACL, TS4H NeurIPS, CIKM, BigData, and MLHC. My dissertation encompassed the following:
Previously, I worked on unsupervised learning during my internship at NVIDIA. I also contributed to the development of contact tracing graphs for COVID-19 during a summer internship at National Security Innovation Network, Department of Defense, and worked on a time-sensitive ethernet network project at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
I was advised by Prof. Jimeng Sun for my MS thesis on interpretable machine learning for a clinical decision support system. During my undergrad at BUET, I worked on real-time music beat tracking.
I also regularly review for machine learning conferences – NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ICASSP, BioNLP ACL, and MLHC. Besides research, I am very interested in sports, particularly soccer and Arsenal FC.
